My question is, how do we make these goals attainable? For instance, I set certain goals for myself, I am in constant remembrance of it but can't just achieve what it is I am aiming at. What do you think could possibly be the cause of such and how do I come out of it? Thank you!

Patience: Reminding ourselves of our goals daily by reading them gives us the motivation that we need. Yet is important to perhaps not be so impatient with achieving the goal (something I struggle with) because of the idea that the journey to achieving the goal is the rewarding part! Sometimes we may not pull off the goal we were originally wanting to achieve and something else may have taken it's place ( One of my goals was that I wanted to make a website of book summaries and not here I have found my way doing a similar thing on Stemmit... who would have thought of that?!).
