[DTube] Integral of ∫dx/sqrt(1-x^2)
I'm in the process of uploading all of my Youtube videos to DTube, where they can be recorded on the Steem blockchain.
In this video, we work through the steps to find the indefinite integral or anti-derivative of:
∫dx/sqrt(1-x^2)
with the term 1 - x^2, it is indicative of a trigonometric substitution, so we try:
x = sin(theta) with dx = cos(theta)
Calculus: Integration by Trigonometric Substitution
- Integral of ∫dx/sqrt(1-x^2)
- Integral of ∫√(a^2 - x^2)dx
Thanks for watching. Please give me a "thumbs up" if you have found this video helpful.
Please ask me a maths question by commenting below and I will try to help you in future videos.
