New encoder, snap & subs processor with direct uploads to a local IPFS node and a local version of DTube all running inside docker started from a docker-compose file so anyone can run/upload/encode and watch videos in their own machines.

Should be universal enough that non-technical people can use it if they learn a few commands. I'll be making a proper post soon but that's the gist.
