STILL CAN'T Upload to Dtube

8 months later I still can't upload to D.tube anymore. Whether it's .mp4 or .mov, uploading via firefox or chrome. Everything uploads perfectly until I hit submit. Then error and no way to figure out how to fix this, no FAQs, no support from the steemit platform. Super disappointed with this platform.
