[EP292] - Planning... but with flexibility

hope you're well!
My training needed to be a little flexible last week for a whole host to reasons... Not cool life, getting in the way of training...
I was able to pull it back to a normal state though, and really have to work on some forward planning to see that I don't fall into the same trap.
It's hard to be good these days.

Good point about "tracking" your progress. Btw, that is pretty unusual to have 6 days of soreness on a calves workout. Keep an eye on that
Honestly, I think tracking is essential... we can't tell our progress because we're living it every day... it's only really when you can compare to the you of a month ago can you really see any progress.
Yeah, it was definite a worry... my calves have always been a weak point for me. I have had this problem before... like after a 21 km Tough Mudder run... that took me like 2 weeks to stop my calves from being sore.
