US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced yesterday that troops currently residing in Syria will stay there until 1. Isis is defeated 2. Assad is gone and 3. refugees are returned. This is not only a direct 180 from Trump's campaign promise to stay out of Syria and to let the Syrian people worry about governing themselves but they are now actively seeking to take out a democratically elected leader in order to guide a regime change into a direction that will ultimately benefit the deep state.

The United States arms, funds, and supports ISIS... They need ISIS to continue to destabilize the region in order to justify selling the need for intervention. If you want a preview of what Syria would look like if the U.S. succeeds in regime change, look no further than Libya... And the Syrians know it. That's why they support Assad.
I think we can expect to see the US rebuild ISIS and set them loose again. Russia needs to be ready to send their forces back into Syria.
the U.S. will never back down in the Middle East because of the oil and the petro dollar. doing so,will bring catastrophic economic disaster in the U.S.of A.
This means existencially: "we stay there forever". This looks not good! I am not sure what russia will do about that...
