Great video. I have extremely low energy a lot of the time due to a long term chronic illness... but I did all of the breath exercises you showed us just now and have felt a noticeable improvement in the fatigue I was feeling.

I've been doing (self taught) yoga by following videos online for years and although it did help heal a disc/back injury, I always wondered why I didn't feel some of the benefits that others had spoken about in regards to clarity of mind etc. Now I know, I was missing a crucial part - the breath work. I'm gonna run through at least one of these breathing exercises prior to any session I do from now on.

About yoga: Doing Anuloma Viloma before one starts is a common practice. But most important part is really to do Ujjayi throughout the whole practice and to move with the breath. Every move comes with an in- or exhale.
