Problems uploading to DTube?

I successfully uploaded a video to DTube the other day, but I just tried uploading another (twice), and it failed both times "Error updating to blockchain". Is there a problem? It's a bit of a pain, because I only get the error after waiting 20 minutes for the upload to complete. All the IPFS updating seemed to complete successfully. Anyone know what's going on?
