"Charley says" is a public information film for children.
It was produced by the British Government from the Years 1970 -1980 when it was discontinued .

I used to watch as a child and the information did sink in as it was continually broadcast on TV ... Everyone Loves Charley

I thought i would share a peace of my childhood so others can show their children :D
