I hadn't had any success getting anything to upload, I never could get past the "failed to fetch" error for the snap or the video both.
I'm sorry to hear that. This video took 3 tries to upload. I've not had any issues with the snap, as long as it's a thumbnail I create and upload myself, and not attempt to snap from the video itself. One thing I've learned is that videos that come straight from my webcam with no editing seem to upload fine. Also, I think it's best to keep the file size under 100 MB, and also use MP4 video format.
