My Take On Real Life vs Virtual Life | A Dtube Discussion by @priyanarc

We're without a doubt living in technologically the most advanced times. Technology has made our life better and easier on many accounts and that's actually the basic purpose of any machine or technology - to make the human life easier. However, in the bigger picture, the life of the modern man has become worst and very complicated in so many ways. The machines have infiltrated humans emotions and thus made them emotionless living-beings.

The modern man has become advanced to a level where it can easily destroy this planet and everything in it with just one click of the button. There is something primarily wrong with all this advancement and in my opinion it's the approach of the powerful towards the usage of technology/machines that has done this irreparable loss and unfathomable damage to this planet earth and everything in it. The greed for making and accumulating more and more profit has made them blind and that's humans lost their track.

In virtual sphere, we have created some of the most advanced tools that have magically transformed our lives. The communication tools like Facebook, YouTube and Whatsapp for instance has made our lives much easier in the sense that we can now easily talk to humans living far away from us. Socializing with like-minded people through these apps has become a house-hold thing nowadays. But this is just one side. The other side of it is dreadful. These same tools have taken the human element out of us and made us alienated. Now we socialize on social apps with people living far away in some other continent while sitting in social gathering with family or friends. So, we are there but actually we are somewhere else. If social apps create alienation then they are not good. There is primarily something wrong with them. The core is to create a balance between real and virtual life but these apps have this addictive quality that keeps you from using them more and more. Once again, the problem lies with the basic approach of the powerful behind all these phenomenal tools of the most advanced times in human history. If the goal is to increase profit margins by all means, service to mankind will always ignore and we can't get back to normal life.

I was not prepared to create a video but the topic was very interesting so I just created something that you can ignore as I'm noob to all this but learning. Thanks @priyanarc for bringing this opportunity to let me have my say. I hope you keep coming up with such more interesting topics for discussion in future.

The debate is not really between technology and no technology but between independence (from) and dependency on centralization, technocracy, tyranny, plutocracy, big tech, globalism, Luciferianism, etc, etc.

Yeah, in a bigger picture it's not about tech or no tech, agreed. Centralization vs decentralization is the real debate. Glad you stopped and gave your input.

Quite fruitful discussion to understand the pace and difference between real life and virtual life. You beautifully quoted and explained that how and from where the problems occur. Superb effort @ugetfunded :)

Yes, it's interesting to have such discussions. Thanks for your comment.
