Transparency stops him. With full transparency he can't buy himself fake likes and subs without being exposed for it. It would also make it very clear that he doesn't have the support he claims to have. His videos would be down-voted and hidden from the platform by the community. If you go to the first post I made here you can see that all his comments are hidden because they got too many down-votes.
His account also lost all it's reputation, so if his future comments appear at all (I'm not sure if they will or not), they'll appear at the very bottom of every comments section, his down-votes will have no impact on others rep either etc. He has made his account useless.
That's what so genius with this platform, you don't only have a monetary incentive to behave, but without any integrity and valuable contributions to the platform you'll basically just be screaming in an empty void where nobody can hear you. That's the way it should be, but on YouTube it's the exact opposite, you get rewarded for being a parasite.

That account is pretty much useless now. It has no rep and no steem power, buh bye!
Good thing he has no power he to influence anyone and even then people here can see through his bullshit.
Glad that steemit is better than youtube in allowing no trolls and harassers to thrive here.
The only thing he can do now is to continue to buy himself fake likes and use his own troll accounts to leave himself supportive comments, but it's not so easy to keep that illusion going on Steemit which is why he'll stay away.
I'm sure he's going to denounce Steemit at some point, if he hasn't already.
Wouldn't be surprised if he starts to bash it on yourube and his Tumblr.
