I jumped into Lake Titicaca, when i was on Amantani Island, in Peru. I can relate to most of what you were saying, but as far as improving sex life?
I think that foreplay, at the time, would have consisted of a search and rescue mission ^^ haha

    Im not sure if it improves sex life haha, my wife wouldnt let me near her when I got back :-)
