Portugal: Death toll rises to 39 in Spain
At least 36 people and three were killed in Spain due to fires in northern and central forests of Portugal. Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa announced the state of emergency

At least four thousand firefighters are working in fire control in 20 areas of fires.
People have been told to leave the area when panic spreads in Spain. A university has been evacuated. The civil guards and national security members asked the people of the forest area to move safely to the house.
It is known that at least 80 places have been spread in the forest since last Saturday. There are at least 13 level-2 warnings, which can be harmful to the public. Already in the fire, La Vaz de Galicia burned 4 thousand hectares of area.
Galicia President Alberto Nunez Fijo said, "We are in very complex condition." He warned people not to lose life threatening to save the house
