Jiuzhai Valley National Park destoryed by earthquake
The 2017 Jiuzhaigou earthquake occurred on 8 August 2017, in Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, Ngawa Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China. The earthquake was registered at 7.0Mw and killed at least 20 people in the mountainous region of northern Sichuan.

The earthquake hit China's Sichuan province on Tuesday evening killing at least 24 and injuring 431.
Jiuzhaigou, a popular national park was one of the worst affected areas and had more than 30,000 tourists on site at the time the quake struck.Read more:
