FINANCIAL FREEDOM AND REASONS WHY PEOPLE ARE IN FINANCIAL BONDAGE

Theoretically we can say 'Financial freedom' is your ability to make life decisions without being overly stressed about the financial impact because you are prepared.

You control your finances instead of being controlled by them,... financial freedom is having enough residual income to cover your living expenses.

It is not about being rich and having tons of money, but having enough to cover your expenses so that you can spend your precious time doing what you like rather than doing things just to earn money.

According to the scripture:
Proverbs 13:11 KJV “Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.”
Deuteronomy 8:18 ASV “But though shalt remember Jehovah thy God, for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth; that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as at this day.”

societally, if the way the church is delivering people out of poverty is the same way our government are doing, then we will not have any poor personnel In the country..
The whole money in the world is controlled by 10% of people living in it...Finances are being circulated among the elites of the nation and not reaching the masses, thereby making the rich becoming richer and the poor becoming poorer. Poverty is a function of the mind and not the money in your pocket*

REASONS WHY PEOPLE ARE IN FINANCIAL BONDAGE:

*The Spirit of Debt- Proverbs 22:7
The nonchalant attitude of people towards debt paying is a reason why some people are still in financial bondage...the debitors having the mindset of not paying back debt making them slaves to their creditors

*The Spirit of Stinginess and Lack: Proverb 11:24 says: 'he that freely gives received more but he that hold remain the same'..being stingy can bring one into financial bondage..God loves a cheerful giver..to be financial free, one must always try to give no matter how little u might have gotten...as the saying "Givers never lack"

*The Unknown Devourer: There are some unknown demons in charge of taking away all that one has laboured for, thereby putting some people in financial bondage..

• Spirit of Waste: The spirit of waste, spending money unjustly, or lavishly is also a reason why some people are in financial bondage.

*Lack of Contentment: God wants us to develop contentment in Him. After warning of those who think that godliness is a means of financial gain and before warning of the danger of pursuing wealth, Paul states in (1 Tim. 6:6-8),:- “But godliness actually is a means of great gain, when accompanied by contentment. For we have brought nothing into this world, so we cannot take anything out of it either. And if we have food and covering, with these we shall be content.”

In Philippians 4, Paul says that he had learned to be content in all circumstances. Therefore, Contentment is a key to financial freedom

May God help us all to be free from financial bondage and enjoy financial freedom in Jesus name...
