That brings us to the question, what life is all about. Are we consider ourself as an animal, that should live with nature in harmony and don't destroys it. That would be a living like some tribes in the Amazonas still have. Without advanced technology in small groups. Or do we see ourself as Faustian beings, that try to figure out, why we are here. We are looking for the answer in religion, science and technology. And some try to escape death and are promoting the Singularity therefor. In my opinion we can't leave the path of technology.
