No reason to invest in GREECE - or .... maybe plenty of reasons?

First off all, this is not an investment advice. You are clever, educated and intelligent enough to get the info you need to make the decisions you want to make.

Greece has been the black sheep in economy in Europe for the last years.
But – where are the chances? In good economies? Or in those which struggle? When do you want to buy? When everyone joins?
Isn´t the crises which gives you the most possibilities and best chances?

Now, I am talking about investments, money – not about ethics and moral.
Which doesn´t mean that it can not go hand in hand.

Greece has suffered a lot the last years, and this was not because they are lazy. They just got caught in the trap which is called Euro. But this is a different story.

Greece is located very well for infrastructure. It has the Balkan in the North (with NO big harbors) opens up to the East and South.
As well the shipping industry is the biggest in the world. This is what Chinese investor saw as their opportunity.
They started buying the harbor with the infrastructure around. So next level would/could be the constructing companies which benefit. The goods have to get from and to the harbor. But roads are in a bad condition, also the connecting roads, European highways which go directly to Iraq. All roads around Greece are in a good shape, so time to catch up.
Also because of the political situation in Turkey a lot of Tourists prefer Greece way more then Turkey (for the moment). But the tourists are also a bit spoiled because of the high standard and luxury hotels in Turkey. So this is where a lot of money goes now. In the reconstruction of houses, hotels. Also the Airports on the islands profit from that.
So, look for chances at the stock market for consuming, construction and service .... do you find pearls?? let me know....
