Bearing in mind the health and state of our western culture and society today, do you think we have too much freedom?

In my mind's eye, I have been staring at this question ever since Alex posed it as a topic. I've seen it as a sincere question (which I'm sure it is), but I've also quite easily seen it as a form of light sarcasm for the sake of discussion and expansion, which of course has great value.

In the end, I've come to my own personal conclusion that it doesn't matter.

Any society on this planet, created by those who draw the phony lines on maps to divide and conquer us, cannot possibly have too much freedom. Period.

While watching scenes on our stupid-boxes of those less privileged elsewhere in the world, we're reminded of the wonderful freedoms we enjoy in our wonderful 'free' countries of the western world.

We're being played.

And I'm so thankful that such growing numbers of people are awakening to it.

The fact that certain members of western populations carry out harmful and/or unfair acts upon others in no way suggests to me that they've simply got too much freedom. For the sake of argument, going forward I'll refer to any words or actions that are in any way unfair or unkind (or worse) as "unkindnesses".

Each act of unkindness happens (in the famous work "The World According to Logan") for one of two reasons, neither of which has to do with freedom:

  1. The unkindness is planned, then either executed or coerced by agents of the control structure for very specific purposes (these are generally the larger scale unkindnesses), or...

  2. The unkindness is carried out by one whom has been deeply poisoned and programmed into such a state of fear and confusion (courtesy of said control structure) as to carry out unkindness while believing he's doing what truly needs done, based upon his skewed understandings of 'what is', and 'what is necessary'. No one thinks they're the bad guy. We all say and do what we feel is right and necessary.

"Well that seems rather oversimplified", you might say.

And I would say that it is that simple. Before the power structure came to be, when everyone was entirely free to say or do anything (without exception), I would wager that unkindnesses were extremely few and far between, and most often caused by misinterpretation rather than selfish or aggressive intent, soon after resolved naturally through awareness, reflection and voluntary reparation. There was no one afterward saying, "well golly folks, maybe we should consider curtailing people's freedom to speak and act, maybe that would keep this kind of thing from happening. And maybe we need to empower specific individuals to enforce the curtailing, right?"

Um, no. That happened much later and was pre-planned. And no, my hat is not tin foil, it's folded chrome!

My Point

There's a town in the state of Georgia in the USA that asks each household to have or acquire a firearm for purposes of self defense. And the deep state is shitting bricks over the stark absence of crime in that community.

There is no such thing as 'too much freedom'.

I agree that too many people commit too many unkindnesses, but it's not due to too much freedom. It's due to the confusion that results from generations of steadily infused fear, in all its forms (jealousy, anger, disgust, sadness, distrust, annoyance, etc.), supported by generations' worth of toxic infusion making us exponentially more prone to it.

The answer, contrary to popular belief, is not to further remove freedoms. It's to reinstate them.

For ourselves.

The power structure holds its power over us at our own sufferance. When we no longer acknowledge and participate, they no longer wield that power. Without half or more of our money, they've got nothing. When no one votes for anything within their system, the emperor is rendered naked and runs off. And at that point, the empire of fear and poisoning fades and dies.

And when we don't fear, we don't carry out unkindnesses.

Except by occasional oversight.

For which I deservedly tend to get smacked upside the head.

This series is my contribution to the body of work that is now well in progress around the world. And maybe, just maybe help provide the spark for more to begin implementing the changes that lead us all back to that place of comfort and love, a new Earth, virtually devoid of pain and fear. Together.
It's not easy, but it is simple and wonderful.
It's The Voyage Home.

great answer Logan, so many have no idea about what freedom is, they are told that they are free and just believe that they are without even scratching the surface, and seeing how enslaved they are by the system, lacking the basic skills to survive xx my vote is not worth much, so hit you up with an ecoTrain one xx

Thank you my dear friend, we are indeed on the same page. Continued healing and limitless love to you.
