Hey @eco-alex I just curated this post for a #Powerhousecreatives contest to get more exposure to it. I wrote in that post some of how I was benefiting from implementing the info you shared in this first NVC workshop - it really made a difference for me and the communication was more peaceful and opened the door for more sharing!
