It is necessary to start with the basics in life, many times healthy habits and mental health are not our base due to the lack of information that we sometimes have. There are many people who feel anxious, sad, who suffer from some psychological disorder, but it is very important to learn to differentiate what are anxiety disorders and mood disorders, which manifest themselves at different times of life.

The circumstances are what make people feel:

► Sad.

► Unmotivated.

► Apathetic.

► Nervous.

People should focus and study what they think their healthy lifestyle habits are, because there is a direct relationship between daily habits and mental health.

Food and rest are not only part of a person's stability, it also has to do with cognitive functioning, so to take care of mental health you must start by taking care of yourself and having life habits that help maintain healthy cognitive function.



What are the healthy habits that are needed to have good mental health as a result?

► The people need rest. Rest not only means you have to sleep, because from so much sleep it can also happen that you get tired. Rest is having a feeling of feeling good and not perceiving fatigue. Rest not only refers to sleeping at night, it also includes the moments you have during the day to rest at the cognitive level.

► Eat healthily, since there is a series of neurotransmitters that are related to the mental functioning of people. It is knowing how to consume the types of minerals, vitamins, and foods that help to function properly.

► Relaxation or visualization techniques. In other words, any technique that helps calm the sympathetic nervous system and even calm the mind.

► Do not get overwhelmed with thoughts. There are thoughts that are useless and concerns that can not be controlled, what is right is not to pay so much attention and feel good about yourself. By paying attention to the thoughts that are out of place, we do not achieve anything because in that way nothing is solved, we just feel overwhelmed.

► Put order in life, and in this way many things are managed. With an order in life, not everything is distorted in a single moment, everything in its place is the right thing.

► To feel good, it is opportune to enjoy the little things in life.



The creation of the day to day is perfect, we must leave at will what will happen for a new awakening, without running in a hurry, go calm and feel good.
