How-to - do, title and description in copywriting...

in #education4 years ago (edited)

As the popular wisdom says: "It's never too late to learn," so the other day I decided to start self-education. I have reached a certain level in my work and I understand that I need to raise it in order to increase my income. Youtube to help us, I searched for "new" words and got acquainted with their meaning, I will share the acquired knowledge.
Quite often in the text of tasks, the concepts of "Title" and "Description" to the text are encountered. What it is, I roughly imagined, but what is How-to-do, I honestly did not know.
So, How-to-do in copywriting is something like life hacks, how and what to do, i.e. in Russian, these are practical recommendations related to the topic. In information articles today, How-to-do is very welcome, many customers do not pay for water and transfusion from empty to empty, it is useful information that is needed, and not the history of development, formation, etc.
In the text, How-to-do is either a separate paragraph with a subtitle, or "Advice", "Important", in a word, recommendations that will really be useful to someone.
Now it has become much easier and clearer, once again, I will not understand this fashion for English-language slang.
Well, in short, I will tell you what a "Title" and "Description" is, for those who do not yet know.
In simple words, both terms denote a short description of the text, created on the basis of keywords. This is one or two sentences that convey the essence of everything that is written in the article.
The title is the essence of the article, for example, the keys are given to us (sore throat, folk remedies for sore throat) , etc. After the article is written for these keys, we need to create a title for it, and send it for verification. We take the main key "sore throat", and we will start from it, the
title will look something like this:
Sore throat: prevention and treatment, folk remedies for sore throat. Sometimes the title almost copies the title of the article, the reader sees this brief description, and understands what will be discussed.
The description is almost the same, only more detailed. If the title is one suggestion, the description is 2-3, but no more. In the previous example, the description would look something like this:
Sore throat: prevention and treatment, folk remedies for sore throat. Recipes for making ointments for the throat.
This is all of course just an example, it is easier to make a title if you wrote an article and you know what it is about, but I think the essence is clear.
The most interesting thing is that in fact, every day when writing articles for Advego, I wrote a short text and a description of the article, but I did not know that it turns out to be a title and a dexription.
I hope the information was interesting and useful, thank you for your attention))
