Education system goes wrong

Hello steemians

I have been thinking lately about the annoying Educational system in Nigeria, how will someone go to school for five years some six year and still comes out to suffer when looking for Job even when the say maximum is a first class or a second class upper but yet still the chances of having Job is still low.
Just look at a case in UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA NSUKKA, where the overall best student was given a sum of 20,000 naira and no Job and someone will now come and say education is the key in those day my dad use to say in his day that companies use to come a pick student train them and give them instant employment but now the system is getting worst by the day sometimes i use to ask myself are we still leaders of tomorrow or is there any hope for us? Or is the future still far away from us? ... I pray God help us all
