Importance of values in the teaching-learning process in the child.
In recent years, the formation of values and attitudes has been one of the main purposes of education, obeying the need not only to disseminate basic knowledge but also to train the new citizens of tomorrow.
Certainly, the formation of values is the shared responsibility of society as a whole, the family and the school; that is, it is not the exclusive task of the institution, but it is necessary to recognize that the influence of the school in this field is very important and that it is possible to radically improve it, if we have the indispensable tools to intervene explicitly in the civic and ethical formation of the schools. students, during the teaching process itself, in daily relationships with students and colleagues, that is to say at all times of school life and in relations with the families of the students.
Children learn by example, therefore teaching children values, implies a personal commitment. It is essential to set the example with acts and words, so that the children assimilate them, imitate them and live them. Quoting in this way, the teaching of values begins in the home, promoted by the being and making of parents and other significant adults for the child; later, in the school these values must be expanded and strengthened for teaching and learning.
Teaching-Learning Process
Teaching can not be understood except in relation to learning; and this reality relates not only to the processes linked to teaching, but also to those linked to learning. Let's see, the learning emerged from the conjunction, from the exchange of the performance of teacher and student in a determined context with concrete means and strategies.
In this way it is deduced that the teacher is the instructor of knowledge in the students. So, raised the teaching-learning process as a system of intentional communication that occurs in an institutional framework and in which strategies are generated aimed at provoking learning.
The participation of parents
Parents often do not have the habit of getting involved in schools with their children, they do not have a tradition that makes them feel that the school belongs to them, but above all they must give more importance to their participation.
By reinforcing the internal life of the school it will be possible to build new foundations for the participation of parents, making them participate in it for their intellectual abilities of their children. Their collaboration is very necessary to contribute to the integral formation of the students since it depends on it the value that the students give to the school but above all to their knowledge.
As we have seen parents are the basis for the child to develop an ethical and moral sense, but the school also has an important role in this process of acquiring values and friends as always, are part of it.
Education in the social context
The generations of society are constantly evolving, and nowadays reality, in education within the classrooms in educational institutions. In the social reality not only implies, the various projects, and study plans promoted by the administration, but carriers of a culture, values and norms of the pluricultural community in which the scope of work is developed.
The purpose of training in values is to achieve the integral development of students as well as the construction of a better society, respectful, democratic and humanely. For this reason, it is recommended that the school formulate, with the participation of its directors, teachers and parents, its school project, in which it establishes its development objectives within a determined period of time and has the means available; and that in this project civic education occupies a central place.
Some drivers are mentioned as: parents, mothers of families, communities, students for developing habits, and developing skills for learning, and in Education in Values, it is spoken not only the previous protagonists are required because the values it does not depend only on the action of these actors, but also on other formative entities such as the church and the media, specifically, also television.
New technologies are the first tools of socialization, it is necessary that children have a basis and ethical and moral principles that help them and encourage positive behavior for him and her and certainly for the society in which they operate. What we can observe is that children at an early age already internalize norms, rules, orders, etc. These social norms help them differentiate between the permitted and the prohibited. Here all fit into the same idea: that human beings go through phases and that is where we consolidate all the principles learned during our genetic evolution.
The acquisition of the moral sense and the expression of moral behavior is in the hands of the socializing agents and, above all, of the family and that the acquisition of these values takes place in childhood and takes hold in the long term and not necessarily everyone equally.
Among the recommendations we can give to work on the sense of morality and ethics are:
From home:
Put examples of daily life where they can observe and analyze attitudes that can violate the physical and mental integrity of the other person.
Read stories and fables that promote values such as solidarity, friendship, loyalty, respect, tolerance, etc.
Watch a movie (according to your age) and compare appropriate behaviors.
Listen to music to sensitize them taking into account the sonority, timbre, tone, intensity and associate these elements with positive behaviors.
Encouraging cooperative play will help develop empathy, respect and tolerance.
To count experiences appropriate to their age and to create debate looking for the ethical and moral principles taught. Self-criticism must not be absent.
Make it clear that in a situation that does not seem fair or honest, it is best to talk without exalting. Explain and ask the other why they do not like it.
Look for positive references within the family group, friends and the artistic world (music, sports, writers, actors, etc.).
Draw pictures with positive values to reinforce those that are difficult for them to assimilate.
Make a list of the different values learned.
When you talk about the people you refer, DO NOT COMPARE IT, IT RAISES YOUR SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES. It will give you security and self-esteem.

Faced with a situation of conflict with their peers, let them solve the problem and then discuss it in class as long as it can be handled by themselves.
Search for a certain situation in the group and create a debate by positioning the positive and negative actions.
Recreate through a drawing actions that are valid or not within the group.
Tutoring is the key to getting rid of rough edges among your peers and applying learned values.
Theater a situation and call for reflection and self-criticism.
We can reach the conclusion that the basis of ethical and moral principles begin at home and that the school serves as a platform to put them into practice with your group of friends. Teaching pedagogically the good and the bad is complicated. It will be everyday situations that will teach children to apply the moral sense according to their experiences, convictions, personality and acquired identity.

Each time is a stage and each stage obeys a time. I explain myself better: this stage that you live today, has its beginning and end. Imagine the stage of breastfeeding a baby: one day began and another day ended. The same thing happens in the studies, to pass to the next level there are the tests, exams that evaluate you and classify you to move to the next level.
