egg is very good meal for budybuilding because it has lots of protein and no calories

but it has 2 parts
1_egg yolks
2_egg whites
egg yolks has 50persent of protein but it has lots of fat
egg whites has other50persent of protein and has no fat
for have musclar budy egg whites is good choice
