I didn't vote for them either, and never have. Unfortunately that means my vote has no real effect where I live due to a massive Tory majority. In my home town of Bedford Labour won by around 150 seats, so voting there is vital. Turnout there was under 70%, so it could easily have been different. In other places Tories could have been voted out if other parties had cooperated, but they chose not to. The system is broken, but it is all we have. At least the Brexit party got zero seats and the Tories got less than 50% of all votes. There is still hope for the future.
