Employee don't respect their words
When a candidate accepts an offer and confirms a date of
joining, we would like to believe his or her words. We would
also like to believe he or she will fulfil his or her professional
commitment to. It leaves a very bad taste for us and the
client when we get a casual what's app message and not even
an email saying "I am sorry I can't join because.
If you have such a casual approach to your profession then
I can safely say it's hard to grow in life, professionally and
personally.
It happened today. We will find more candidates but I am sure
I will never work with people who do not respect their word.
