Aluminum and forms of concern for the environment or for money?

Along with the development of the era and the more advanced technology, scientists and engineers continue to develop a variety of construction materials that are easier and cheaper, one of which aluminum materials are often used as door frames and windows.

Aluminum itself is a type of metal that is widely contained in the earth including a good type of electrical conductor. Aluminum can be processed into various shapes with ease either sheets or profiles.[source]

Previously aluminum is an expensive type of metal because the electrolysis process has not been found. Electrolysis is the process of decomposing electrolytes by utilizing electric current.

Currently in Indonesia, especially Aceh quality wood is increasingly scarce due to government policy that prohibits illegal logging causes many people choose alternative material to replace wood, especially aluminum frame.
Aluminum frames have advantages among them.
- Cheap.
- Anti-fire.
- Environmentally friendly.
- Does not require special treatment on finishing work.
- Durable.
- Hold rust and termites.
But this type of frame type also has shortcomings among them.
- Have a limited model.
- Because utilizing the Fischer system and the screw to the wall make you have to be careful when installing.
- It takes a skilled worker to avoid problems later on.
