DARKEST HOUR! This movie is amazing
Sir Winston's Churchill biographical movie with a great interpretation of Gary Oldman, "Darkest Hour".
The situation is critical, the Second World war has initiated and Germany has begun it’s invasion and already it has taken Poland and Austria. European nations are not an obstacle for the German navy, and England is the following one in the gun-sight after the whole invasion in France. The people, the bureaucrat chamber and politicians demand Chamberlain's change of the secretary and the only option is a stubborn and impulsively old man to take the power.
It is credible that the public thinks that any movie placed in this period is a favorite for the public or the critique, but it is understandable, it was one of the darkest moments that we have lived in the planet. The perception that have this tape of all the moments that little by little are defeating the European nation is a strong point, but the narrative doesn’t become consistent since everything goes in an approach to the star of this movie. With plots without exploiting and a script with deliriums of excel, they do of this a forgetful film, but strangely a solid movie without trascend.
The most excellent point and that makes this movie safe is Gary Oldman's performance as Sir Winston Churchill, in whom the characterization is prominent and also the work of makeup. The artistic and technical work was focused on this personage with special equipment for Gary to prepare the dialogs that abound in the personage. It is so much the approach and work dedicated to this star that another personage can’t excel and turns into Gary Oldman's long monologue.
