Video 2. Relaxation of the body and concentration
This exercise will relax the body at the beginning of the day. It is important that our unconscious, thanks to this relaxation, is already imbued with a physical reality that depends on our state of mental concentration during the exercise. Indeed, it is impossible to think of anything else during the instant movement, which is not a routine but an awareness that will only last a minute. So no time to think about anything else and this is a totally proven and experienced fact
