God that heat! ... People say when they leave their homes. It is unbearable to tolerate such a strong temperature, never in the time that I live in this city, had experienced so much heat.
Imagine in the underground transport (Caracas Metro), it's worse than a sauna, some trains do not work the air conditioning system, sweat and sweat, that's what people who use this system go through.

In order to combat this heat, I place containers in my house with water in the living room and kitchen to refresh the environment; I leave with umbrellas, as light as possible clothes, comfortable shoes and drink plenty of water.
Gentlemen, there is a need to check our eyes, lips, if we sweat a lot, we can have dehydration.
