Bullying is terrible and I could never understand it, how cruel the kids can really be.
I think as parents it is our responsibility to talk and teach our children about bullying and I think that this is the biggest problem we have is that parents don't talk to their kids about it.
Self defense is always good to learn, since like you said it gives you self confidence and if you really have to, you know how to protect yourself.
Exactly. Parents must act. My children, already big, told me, Mom, we have bullyng once. I was amazed. They still remember it. And his advice was, we have to train in self defense to be more sure of ourselves. Thanks for comment. Regards!
