-Hi friends of steem today I want to show you some medicinal plants from my garden, I will tell them the name and I will also explain to you what they are for.

The first is the plantain, This is a plant that is well known for its great effectiveness when it comes to inflammation of places such as eyes and skin. But that's not all llanten is a plant that has no defects, bone has no complications.
You can also use it in cold and common flu, I recommend it a lot.

-The malojillo, Maybe you've already heard or read something about this great medicinal plant and of course, If you have many benefits, some of them are:

  • Skin care
  • Cellular health
  • Infections
  • Insomnia (Very important)
  • Detoxification
    *Fever

These are only some but there are many more.

Finally I show "La Sabila" It is a highly recommended plant to treat many conditions such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Reduce the cholesterol
  • Improves circulation and digestion
  • It has healing and regenerating properties
  • Disinfects the skin
  • Eliminates and reduces burns

And the best thing of all is that it is rich in vitamins and minerals and something that is very important and striking decreases the fats of our body

I hope you like it and let me know in the comments.
