The butterfly effect on our lives-----someone would like to change the past???
Good afternoon folks, today I want to write about an answer I gave in a posting of a friend of mine from Portugal here at Steemit (@sol25). She put up a picture that reminded me of the movie Butterfly Effect and it made me reflect on some things.

For those who do not remember this film, starring the actor Ashton Kutcher:
In it, a young man could go back to the past to modify it and try to rebuild a future that he judged best. However, whenever he came back, something in the future was changed to something worse, which he could never imagine.... He fixed something he thought was wrong in his life and for that, he had to change his actions by making facts change. In doing so, he not only modified his actions, he altered the actions of others around him and the result of the interaction of all these actions together. This generated an immense change in the "temporal result", let's say. He awoke from this change, suffering many brain and physical damage and perceived the things around him well direrentes of how they were. Generally, they were always worse than before, both for themselves and for the people around.
I was thinking here, I imagine that all of us, at some point in our life, have thought of going back to the past (of course, because no one goes back to the future, unless it is in the past and the future is the present hahahaha) and fix something harmful in our life, caused by We, by others or by something external to our person.... But who is to say that the change we make in the past will not lead to damage in our future???
Just at the end of the film he realized that it was better not to mess with his past....

I think the majority here watched the movie: "Back to the future." In it, the journey Marty McFly makes to the past causes immense damage to his life. Accidentally, he "Proboscis" with his mother in the past and she, instead of falling in love with his father, he falls in love with his own son, making George McFly and Lorraine Baines (who by the way, a very beautiful actress), never get married and never have had him and his two go Hands. You see, a simple presence in the past can change the future, both for good and for evil. Good thing he fixed all this with mastery hehehe!!!

In the end, we realized that there is no way to go back to the past to change what has been done, we need to accept what has happened and to make a better future. To stay in the past by brooding over what happened and thinking about what it would be like if "it" hadn't happened will create in us a feeling of impotence and cause depression, possibly.
To get out of this, we have to create strategies to deal with the adversities that arise, stop whining about past facts and always focus on a life back to "damage prevention." Our grandparents or older people have many stories to tell us. If we're going to observe, there's that old saying, "It's better to be safe than sorry." This is not just for our health, it is something that we must extend to all the fields of our life.
I appreciate the reading and I would like to see your comment if you have ever thought of time travel and what you think of the ethical change that would cause the life of those who would do this, if it were possible...
Thank you and good afternoon!!!!
As much as I want to change my past and all the stupid mistakes I made in it, I'd still rather keep it even if I had the power. I mean, sure I could've gotten rid of all the bad decisions but that would just change the person I am today. I don't wanna lose that.

Really. It's of no use brooding over the past because in reality and not in the movies, we cannot go back and undo what we have done, so dwelling in the past might send us into serious depression or other mental health damages.
Just like it's not advisable to dwell in past, it's also not advisable to live in the future. Some people live in the future by worrying too much about it which leads to anxiety problems.
It's best to live in the moment, we cant undo our past, but we can maximize the moment to make our future better than our past.
Thanks for the opportunity. Nice Blog!
