DULCE DE LIMONZON OR CALLED ALSO CHOCHO DE VACA

This sweet is a mixture of a lemon and cheese called lemon; this fruit for those who do not know it is like a giant lemon that has a very thick crust and a sweet that is native to my region and its recipe has passed down from generation to generation in my family since we prepared it all at the time of Christmas

PREPARATION MODE:

1: Peel the lemon and cut it crosswise to remove the crust and then squeeze the juice on the rind to remove the bitterness and remove it with hot water

2: the crust is cooked for half an hour with two cups of water and two of sugar and added cinnamon sticks and odor

3: se realiza la mescla del quesillo:

• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 can of milk liquid the same amount of condensed milk
• 5 eggs
• Vanilla and a little bit of liquor
• All this we put in the blender and ready we have the mixture for the quesillo

4: place the sweet lemongrass on a plate and empty the cheese mixture over it and bake at 180 degrees for one hour.

This sweet can be accompanied with a mangar that is made with milk, cornstarch or corn starch, cinnamon, sugarcane and sugar

PREPARATION OF MANJAR

• One liter of milk is boiled together with the cinnamon and zucar,
• when boiling add half a cup of cornstarch dissolved in half a cup of water
• when it starts to thicken, stir for 5 minutes
• we put a container and let it cool
