YOUNG PEOPLE IN A DARK WORLD

One of the social problems that has most undermined the social development of humanity has been drugs. A stimulating destruction of the senses and reasoning. The reason for this issue, because in my country, in recent years has been emerging a negative and destructive trend of drug use by young people and even more worrying, children.

Now the images of young people and children consuming drugs can be observed in any part of our country, whether on sidewalks, on buses, in corners or in any dark or clear place, they are not restricted, any place is good to satisfy their destructive need.

It is very disturbing that these images have become common, and to be common, we think it is normal, many may look at it with indifference, or perhaps because our daughters do not participate in this, do not give importance , the certain thing is that it is a monster that does not distinguish social class, nor specific place, is everywhere, either in the most sumptuous residence as in the most humble hut.

The question is who can rescue these young people and children, who can guide them, who can guide them to get out of this abyss in which they have unwittingly submerged themselves. The first thing we can think about is the family, is the family nucleus in which this human being develops, is it the ideal one? Do they receive the attention they need? Are they concerned about their education and intellectual development in an adequate manner? Then we think about the society that surrounds it, are the laws of the country correct, do the laws necessary to protect them exist, what does the social environment do to help these young people?

It is my thought that we are responsible for what happens with our young people, as parents or as people very close to them, we have the inescapable responsibility to protect them, guide them and guide them. We can not expect someone else to do our work, maybe the laws are not correct, or the education is not adequate, but our affection and support if they should be. A young man in drugs is a broken future, truncated, hopes discarded, tears and desolation. A rescued young man is a ray of light in the darkness.
