What can I do against insomnia?
insomnia is not good that's clear, but I find it favorable many will say that I'm crazy but it's like that during my life the best ideas occur to me at dawn where I can not get to sleep. I do not know why this happens to me but it's like that.
I know what are the consequences of this but my body as it is already configured to this can be said that I can not complain about any of this I have achieved great things for example in my young career as a plastic artist I am better at generating ideas for a I work when I am awake in the day. What do I mean by this, I do not know if this is only temporary but I really need it in my life? What is happening to me? There are many questions that I hope to answer throughout my life and I hope that it is not so long the wait in response even though this topic is already discussed. The anxiety is taking over me I do not know, I also wonder if in this world there will be people with this same type of insomnia, I call it a creative insomnia.
