SO GET THIS! Through my life research, I have found the relevance of co-creating harmoniously with plants and trees in nature. When we take internally the blessings of nature, it supports our beauty and health. Pine Needle Tea has 300x more vitamin C than oranges, is high in Vitamin A, is an expectorant (thins mucus), plus contains natural terpenes which help respiratory infections. Bamboo Tea contains silica which strengthens the heart and blood vessel walls, hair, skin, nails and joints. Rosemary Tea is one of nature's best antioxidants, a wonderful anti-aging herb. Rosemary stimulates everything in the body, including circulation to the head, increasing hair growth, and it is anti-fungal. Rosemary contains rosemarinic acid, a compound that prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain, a key chemical for memory, so it is beneficial for those with memory issues, like dementia and Alzheimer's. Plus Rosemary is great for headaches, vertigo and dizziness. Rosemary is rich is highly absorbable calcium to relieve stress and tension, and is a good antidepressant tea for strengthening and calming the nerves. Rosemary helps digestion, stimulating elimination, helps the liver and gallbladder, plus helps with food poisoning. Highly suggested for anyone with breast related diseases. Avoid rosemary tea if pregnant or prone to epileptic seizures.
A daily nature tea is typically free or inexpensive to say the least. Go outside, and there are trees all around us that offer helpful healing properties just waiting for us to realize that our communion in resonation is crucial to our existence.
When we resonate the vibration or our Mother Earth by communing with the trees, we are supported and uplifted beyond our own understandings and inner-standings with our true nature happen. It is fairly simple to incorporate these blessed creations that are here to assist us in our own evolution.... every morning, collect herbs like rosemary and pine-needles & bamboo stalks, or any other helpful tree, like elm, birch, olive, persimmon, mulberry and plenty others to choose from (there are so many more offerings from other trees available), add them to a pot of boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes. Then drink the tea and reuse the substrate a few times to make the tea again.
The most amazing realizations about the Divine support we have in nature and spirit!
The Prickly Pear cactus for one, is a powerful natural healing plant that when boiled for a tea, helps with lung problems, prostate issues and diabetes. Juicing prickly pear cactus has even more benefits.
There are so many blessings in nature that support our well being, and our ability to thrive and flourish in the name of health and comm-UNITY communing with nature!
I wish for us all to enjoy the miraculous benefits of the divine nature as we welcome this beauty filled union.
Many Blessings Abound
