What about Bob? This is a reference to an old Bill Murray comedy, but seriously this is a drink driving campaign. The person who is "Bob" for the night is the designated driver for the evening, so that person will not be drinking, but will be called "Bob' for the duration of their time out as a taxi driver, essentially.
