When you remember your dream or parts of it. Write it down on a paper or on your computer. Then you can go back and read it any time, and always get images from the dream back into your head. Even if you thought you had forgotten about the dream.
It's great that you share your knowledge about dreams. I didn't mean to sound negative towards the article. I did just like you, shared my knowledge with you guys. If you believe in it, it will work! :)
