ؑStop running after jobs....start creating some
I am an engineer from a well reputed university in my country. To be honest i have not being running after jobs , but deep inside, I have made my mind that a good white collar job would be my carrier...but unfortunately jobs are not too easy to find these days....our unemployment graph is touching record highest mark, people doing jobs for 150$ a month.....Engineers and business graduates working on the same pay scale......which is very heart wrenching to say the least.....
So why are we trying to be a slave of some international corporate, why are we not trying to improvise...trying to build our own businesses....it's because we are taught from grade 1,,, study so that you can get a good job...and I think this is the worst approach...or the worst guidance one can give......what i feel is every person has an entrepreneur in him....he just need to wake him up, polish him a little....we need to come out of this eutopia that, only jobs earns a good living...look around, every successful person is a businessman, an entrepreneur.....look at yourself....you are the next....buckle up, give a physical meaning to the thousands of ideas pouring in you mind.... and start creating jobs.....
lack of courage and self belief among our generation is also one of the reason of this sad situation. Although everyone wants to be a successful businessman but only few tries to be one in actual.
people dont try because they are afraid of taking risk :) and without risk you cannot achieve anything :)
i second you on that
It's really sad to see what is happening with engineers in our country.
dear brother, your concern is correct, the main issue is our education + our grooming at home. no one will ever guide you enhance whats best inside you. there is no consular in our school who can guide us what best in our self. the only criteria of judgement is score card. no matter how how you score . if your score is high you will be welcomed in colleges as well in professional institutes. lets pledge to our self, we will not forward this problem to our children and fix the environment. God be with you :). best wishes
yes, inshallah we'll allow the next generation to think independantly...
