I agree that the Walking Dead-style zombies would likely be very easily handled.

However, The Last Of Us or 28-Days Later style zombies would pose a greater risk. TLOU shows a fungal infection, where people can become sick merely by ingesting spores. In the final stages of the fungus, the infected die and flower, releasing more spores into the atmosphere.

28DL zombies are more like rabid animals - hyper-aggressive, quick moving, and predatory. The infection also takes mere seconds to take hold - a character gets a drop of infected blood in their eye and has become feral within 10 seconds.
