Yeah, it's for the posts they make on Steemit for the EOS Telegram Summary. So a nice graphic they can reuse every post, but has a space to add a unique title or date to it each post.
The cover Image 2048 x 512 pixels is for there blog on Steemit and Post Title Image 730 x 450 pixels is for every post they do and needs space to add a unique title or date?
