User Emma finds it surprising how the BPs allowed the ECAF debate to taint the project. ‘Instead of focusing on encouraging the development of products and services on the platform, they allowed the debate over one service (dispute resolution) to scare prospects.’ User Michael Yeates: ‘Some BPs are trying to seek out facts on the key selling point of this chain, the viability of such a crucial element has consequences for the chain as a whole. If it’s fixable now, we need to fix it and not bury our head in the sand.’
Telos
User Kevin Rose replies: to user Richard Bryan: ‘Telos also has a core arbitration forum with BPs executing arbitral awards if I’m not mistaken.’ User Douglas Horn explains that there’s no core forum, only elected arbitrators. It’s base layer and BPs are required to enact. ‘We are working to greatly accelerate the arbitrations process using cryptographic evidence up to the point where this speed risks become its own exploit. An alternative arbitration forum can be selected whenever both parties freely agree. Finally, the token holders will be able to propose and vote on clause-level amendments any time they think it should be changed, starting with activation day.’ User Kevin Rose: ‘Are all arbitrators expected to act privately and manage the administrative aspects of arbitration?’ User Douglas Horn: ‘If the Telos arbitration smart contract were a standalone dapp, it would almost certainly be more complex than the next two most complex DApps combined. User Enrique asks a few questions to Douglas Horn about TBONA and about the Telos Regproducer Contract Human Language Terms. He states that disputes about compliance are settled by a majority of 2/3+1BP (15 votes). He asks if it’s so that 7 BPs can block that majority, so the final decision about compliance might depend on those 7 BPs. If 7 BPs decide not to comply with one or more of their obligations under ‘’regproducer’’, could this agreement be somehow useless? Other questions are related to the possible conflict of interest of BPs solving the disputes linked with their own compliance. User Douglas Horn: ‘Yes, the BPs are the only elected executive power on the network so they must wield this power. Regarding arbitrations decisions, there is only a requirement for a ‘small majority’ of 1/3 of BPs to execute a duly processed arbitration decision.’
Exit Scam

He says that there’s quite a clear path of their token funds leaving the contract account and being sent to various others, only to end up in Korean exchanges.
