in #eos7 years ago (edited)

If you haven't watched the recent videos of Dan describing the new DPoS/BFT for EOS, please make sure to see part 1 and part 2!

Early in the morning of Jan. 26, Chris shared the official announcement of Dawn 3.0:

Jon-Eric linked to a thread on the EthTrader subreddit:

And another discussion about EOS on EthTrader:

Sandwich and Jon-Eric discussed a comment from the second thread:

Dan's part 2 of his DPOS/BFT video released:

User Gilles Bonugli Kali posts new EOS artwork nearly every day:

Nicholas wondered about Dan's belief in Austrian economics, minimum wage workers, and the model used for EOS:

hadrian offered Dan's posts on basic income (first and second) in response:

Many chimed in with their thoughts on minimum wage:

Nicholas went through Dan's articles and came back happy:

Over in EOS Developers, the group passed 3k users today and is still very focused on dev talk; it's rare to see someone break the strict rules against all other types of chatter. Another company is hiring:

Cesar - @kesarito - released his new block explorer today (upvoted by Dan on Steemit):

And Utopian gave Cesar some tips to get his work submitted:

What is EOS Go?

We are a community effort to launch EOS blockchain as envisioned by the creators of EOS.IO.

Anyone can participate in this historic event on June 3rd, 2018. Thousands of token holders will need to work together for EOS to successfully launch; anyone can become part of the movement by educating others, writing articles, making videos, attending/hosting meetups and launch parties, voting for block producers, and more.

If you're interested, please start by finding your role on the community forums and resteem or tweet EOS Go to help spread the word.

Telegram users can receive these daily summaries and other announcements: EOS Go Community Updates.

Thanks for the daily dose of EOS gossip!

thanks for sharing!!👍

I will definitely be Resteeming the EOS articles and doing my research to do my part in how I can make it better and contribute.

Ha! Being from Austria, I didn´t even know that we have an own economics school or model lol
So I guess @Dan wouldn´t have made it this far without us. Time to be proud. ;))

I want to do my part in sharing about eos too!

We'd love to have you! Just about any skill is needed; graphic design, educating others on EOS, C/C++ tutorials... the list is very long and that's just what EOS Go needs. There are many dapp developers starting to hire as well, see Scatter as an example.

Check out the jobs board here to get started and the rest of the forums can help you get an idea for what niche you might be able to fill in EOS.

Thanks for the eos blog exposure

On the EOS block explorer... is EOS live? Is there a way to set up an account or is that just a testnet?

Hey @musonius the block explorer is currently working on the testnet hosted by block.one. @kesarito is cleaning up the code to post on GitHub and it will hopefully work for the community testnets as well.
