Thank you Phil - agree the Officials should be compensated for their time and expertise. Worker proposals have no release date and it may not be functional to expect voluntary work for an undetermined length of time, after which it still isn't a guarantee the foundation receives adequate funding.

Might be effective to solicit a declaration from BP candidates to fund the code maintainers with part of their block rewards, until the worker proposals come active. This will pay Officials in the interim and encourage BPs to push for the Foundation worker proposal when it releases, so they can cut the expense from their balance sheets and put the onus back on the community.

These are merely suggestions. EOS Go has taken a step back from this potentially political debate to focus on empowering the EOS community with neutral information, media, and tools to bring everyone together. As always - Go EOS!
