Hi @eoslinks, I'm not a developer so i wouldn't know? my understanding is that Core code is written and compiled in C++ with OOP paradigm over FP for Wren as Smart Contract language, chosen for rapid development, ease of sandboxing, and integration with C++ APIs, basically just using WebAssembly as a higher level language for defining types, messages, databases, and permissions with the "body" of the message handlers being flexible (very flexible in comparison to solidity). Don't quote me though. Could post the question on the Dev chat? (Dan and the team are quick at answering)? https://t.me/joinchat/EaEnSUPktgfoI-XPfMYtcQ
