EOS Singapore Block Producer Report 2# Roadmap and Position on Dividends

 1、Block Producer Candidate Roadmap on values, community project timeline, finances, transparency, or any other topic the candidate deems important.  

• We have professional Block Producers and blockchain development teams, adhere to open, transparent, independent, shared values, work on the Block Producer itself, and better serve the community users.
• We have successfully launched the EOSToken wallet APP, the development funds are fully self financing, and we do not want to have any external investment, which further emphasizes our independence.
• The EOS Singapore developer community will be set up in mid June, and the EOS smart contracts developer course will be released.
• We plan to invest 100 million US dollars in reserve to provide community users with the first EOS mortgage lending service in the whole network, landing EOS real service.

 2、Position on Dividends (The sharing of Block Producer inflation rewards with unaffiliated voters, AKA "vote buying.") 

Income distribution includes two aspects:

• Block Producers construction: Configuring enough ultra high performance hardware devices and bandwidth resources, configuring top-level technology and operation teams to ensure that Block Producer servers continue to work for a long time without downtime, and ensure that the Block Producers are stable and efficient to produce a block.
• Ecological construction: Including and not limited to purse, DApps, community entry training, and developer training.

These are our plans for the distribution of income. We will not provide payment to voters for any reason. We know that only EOS Block Producers are stable and ecologically healthy, EOS will have more development prospects, and the value of EOS will increase to win more people's recognition.
