llevamos al horno con fuego muy pero muy bajo
una vez esterilizado el frasco colocamos tres dientes de ajo, tomillo fresco y colocamos nuestros tomates llenamos con aceite de oliva extra virgen hasta cubir dejar macerar por un par de dias hasta que los tomates se reidraten con el aceite y se concentren los sabores
espero sea de su agrado y se animen a la elaboracion
tips: estos tomates hay una técnica que son secados al sol el proceso puede tardar hasta 5 dias .
