I had an issue with the mobile app a few days ago. All my drafts disappeared! Do you have a back up of drafts? I think I had one finished draft I wasn't able to post because they all disappeared!
Do you have a limit of drafts? Does the app automatically delete all drafts once the limit is reached? Because I think that's what happened. I created a new post and saved the draft and when I checked my drafts only that one draft was there!
No i did not do any cache clearing or anything. I just saved a new draft and that's it, all the rest disappeared! 😱😱😱
Or it's because of what you mentioned that all of the above happened? If so then that one post is already gone forever.
Hey @artgirl, we are so sorry... unfortunately portion of database got corrupted and we couldn't recover some drafts and above mentioned data. We have fixed issue since then, it should start to work as usual without issue and no we don't have limits on number of drafts.
